Owner Billionaire David Murdock, 89, is said to be selling the city of Lana'i on the island of Maui. Rumor has it...billionaires Bill Gates and Larry Ellison may be considered as potential buyers, as well as Jimmy Buffett. Lana'i is one of Hawaii's main eight islands. The city has been on the market since the latter part of 2011!
